Inspired by the traditional Old Tom style popular during the 18th and 19th centuries, this gin offers a richer and slightly sweeter profile than classic London Dry Gin while maintaining a strong juniper character.

The gin is distilled with carefully selected botanicals including juniper, rose petals, and liquorice root before being rested in oak and sweet sherry casks to develop additional depth, warmth, and complexity. Unlike many Old Tom gins, no sugar is added, with sweetness coming naturally from the botanicals and cask maturation process.
